Payments to Luke's Lair are handled by CCBill and Verotel TicketsClub. Most customers paying by credit card are handled by CCBill, whilst some others (mostly older accounts) and those on an SMS trial membership are handled by Verotel TicketsClub. Your signup email will mention who to contact.
